Our Mission

Our mission is to halt the old order of loosely issuing driver’s licenses that has contributed to the deaths and fatal injuries of lives over the years, to a modernized driver licensing system in Liberia, promoting road safety through a standardized evaluation of international best practices of the PPP framework.

What We Do

We evaluate driver license applicants through a structured process designed to assess the skills, knowledge, and qualifications of individuals applying for a driver’s license.

We ensure only competent and responsible individuals are certified to operate vehicles safely.

Who We Are

We are a Team of Application Reviewer: Verifying personal details, previous driving experience, and medical fitness

Knowledge Test Assessors: Assessing understanding of traffic laws, road signs, and safe driving practices.

Road Users Testers: Evaluating practical driving skills, including maneuvering, adherence to rules, and reaction to real-world scenarios.

Background Checkers: Reviewing driving history, accident records, and any prior violations.

Medical & Vision Screening Advocates: Ensuring applicants meet physical requirements for safe driving.

We are Training Promoters: Providing guidance on defensive driving techniques and responsible road behavior.

ARE WE TRANSPARENT AND ACCOUNTABLE?

To ensure transparency and accountability, an in-car camera system is mandatory for every MoT driver examiner vehicle for best practices with:

  • Establish clear rules on when and how the camera should record, ensuring both examiners and test-takers understand its purpose.

Cameras should activate automatically during the test to prevent any manual interference.

  • Footage should be securely stored with restricted access, ensuring only authorized personnel can review it.
  • Some systems allow live streaming for supervisors to oversee tests remotely.
  • Capturing both video and audio ensures a complete record of interactions.
